*Ingredients****************
chicken breast – 200g
Lettuce - some
lemon – 2 slices
*Seasoning**************
1. 2 table spoons of yogurt (strawberry flavour)
2. Marinate ingredients – salt, sugar, white wine, Italian herbs
3. 3 table spoons of corn flour, 1 whipped egg and 1/2 cup of bread flour.
*Method*****************
1. Cut the chicken breast in strips, add seasoning (2) then marinate them for 15 minutes.
2. Add corn flour in the marinate, stir evenly then add egg white and stir evenly. Take out the chicken strips and spread bread flour over the chicken strips and let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Add enough oil in a pot, wait until the oil is boiled to 180℃ then place the prepared chicken strips in method 2 in the oil pot. Use high heat and fry the chicken until the outer layer turns golden then scoop it out and dry the oil.
4. Place the lettuce and the fried chicken together on a plate. Dab the chicken in yogurt before eating.
