Grill Prawn Skewers

Description:
150 Ingredients**************** 50g cabbage shred 5 large prawns 1 lemon Seasoning************** 1. (sauce) = blend the following ingredient - ginger spread, garlic spread, basil . Olive oil, coriander, salt (some) in a blender until liquid. method*************** 1. Clean the prawn and marinate them with salt and white wine for 10 minutes 2. Thread the prawns in method 1 on each skewer until the space on each skewers are filled 3. Preheat oven at 200℃，lay the prepared prawn skewers on the baking pan and bake in oven for 3 minutes then turn the skewer over and bake for another 3 minutes. Take out the skewer and pour on sauce and lemon juice.
