*Ingredients*****************
200g Broccoli
2-3 slices of fish fillet
*Seasonings**************
A.(marinate ingredients) – some rice wine, pepper, salt and sugar.
B.(frying powder)= some sweet potato powder, potato starch and cold water.
*method ****************
1. Clean the fillet and cut in long strips, add in seasoning A, mix it up and marinate for 20 minutes。
2. Mix seasoning B together until it becomes glutinous.
3. Add in pot just enough oil to cover the fillet, when the oil’s heated to 180℃, coat the fillet with frying powder and put in pot to fry,fry the fillet in medium heat until the skin of the fillet turn golden then take out the fillet and seep out the oil.
4. cook the broccoli until tender and place them with the fried fillet on plate, season them with salt pepper.
