Iced wine marinated chicken

112 Ingredients*************** Drum stick meat (without bones) 500g. Broccoli - some Seasonings************* 1 cup shao xing cooking wine(china) Salt – 1 table spoon. Sugar – 1 table spoon. Method************** 1. heat broccoli in boiling water then put it aside for later. 2. wrap chicken meat in foil, roll it up and twist the two ends tightly so that the chicken is wrapped in a cracker shaped foil. 3.
