*method ****************
1. Outer sheet = mixture of plain flour, butter, water and can sugar and rub the dough until smooth.
Inner sheet = mixture of cake flour and butter
2. cut both the outer sheet and inner sheet into 20 shares (mix the red been paste with pine seed and cut them into 20 shares)
3. use a rolling pin and roll the inner sheet into elongated shape then roll it up and repeat this step twice. Do the same for the 20 shares.
4. roll the readied sheets into a thin round shape and use it to wrap the red been paste in method 2. ( ) place the wrapped pastry cake on baking plate and brush yolk on each of them with sesames decorated on top of each pastry cake.
5. place the baking plate with pastry cake into the oven for 20-30 minutes with heat of 180℃ –200℃.
