113 * Ingredients************** 2 pimiento 200g chicken fillet 100g. tomato cubes 3 tablespoon bread powder 50g onion cubes cheese – some . seasoning*********** 2 tabespoon tomato sauce Salt, Sugar - to taste. Black pepper powder - some method************* 1..cut pimiento in half and clean it. 2. .in a heated pot, add some olive oil then onion cubes, chicken cubes, tomato cube, cook ,stir for aroma.Then add the seasonings, mix well and transfer the cooked stuffings to a bowl and add bread powder and mix them evenly 3.fill pimiento with the cooked stuffings in method 2 and sprinkle some cheese power. 4. transfer the filled pimiento in pre-heated oven and bake at 180℃ for 10-15 minutes.
