*Ingredients**************
4-Springroll pastry
200 g-rice noodles
150g.-Shelled fresh shrimp
Coriander- basil-some
Lettuce – 2 pieces
1-bowl. warm water
*dipping sauce************
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cool water
1 tablespoon Say sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon. Garlic.
1/2 tablespoon.chillies.ground
1/2 tablespoon. Sesame oil.
*mix torether in sauce bowl.
*method**************
1.put rice noodle and shrimp in a pot of boiling water and boil for 1-2minutes
then take it out, let it cool for use later.
2. flatten the spring roll sheet, brush on a layer of warm water then add on top just enough ingredients of rice noodle and shrimp as prepared in method 1, coriander, basil and shredded lettuce. Roll the sheet up and it’s ready. Mix all the ingredients under ‘dipping sauce’ together and it’s ready to use as the spring roll dipping sauce.
