101 Ingredients************* Roti- paratha - 2 slice alfalfa sprouts -150g fried shredded meat -100g 2 eggs 2 lettuce leaves. methods************ 1. Whip the egg and some salt together, lay the whipped egg in two sheets in fry pan and light fry until it turns golden. 2. In a non-stick pan, light fry paratha sheets until golden then lay it flat on plate and put egg sheet, alfalfa sprouts, fried shredded meat on top of the paratha - roll it up in long tube. 3. Cut the roll in half and serve on a plate.
