kiwi & chicken salad

ingredients**************** chicken breast- 200g. Cucumber, red onion, carrot, apple – just enough. Kiwi – 2. sauce*************** sugar, vinegar, salt, lemon juice, fish sauce – 1 teaspoon each sesame oil – 1 teaspoon garlic spread, .coriander spread - some. method ************** 1. in a pot, cover the chicken with water, when it’s cooked, let it cool tear it into little strips. 2. cut cucumber, red onion, carrot and apple into thin strips for later use (remember to skin the carrot and apple). 3. skin the kiwi and slice it. 4. mix method 1 and 2 together and add in all the sauces, mix it well and marinate for 10 minutes. 5. decorate the plate with kiwi and lettuce then place method 4 on the plate。
