Ingredients**************** plain rice - 1 bow. Roasted skinned peanut (no salt)) - 15Og castered sugar – just enough. Water - 4 cups. Directions ************* 1 place peanuts in the oven and bake until golden. 2. put baked peanuts, rice, water (2 cups) into blender and blend until it becomes juice then pour all of it into a pot and add 2 more cups of water, stir and cook until boil. 3. add sugar in the end. 1.tips****** 1. Cooked peanuts would taste better if baked again. 2. if not baked, it would have a lighter taste. 3. when cooking, need to stir constantly to prevent sticking to the pot. 4 can adjust the thickness of Rice shake according to individual preference by adding or reducing water
